WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Sales Executive, with 1-2 years of experience in new account development of refrigerated transportation sales preferred, who is ambitious, and results driven, to lead the business development effort of our Refrigerated Division and lives in/near the DFW area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Prospecting/Hunting new refrigerated Business via cold calling, qualifying, and closing new business.
• Selling and promoting a wide range of Arnold service offerings including but not limited to Regional, Dedicated, and Line Haul truck load service.
• Utilizing all analytical tools available in order to effect positive growth and improvements.
• Conducting customer sales presentations as required
• Cultivating new relationships with client executives.
• Maintaining customer contact and activity information as required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in new account development of refrigerated transportation sales preferred.
• Must maintain a home office in/near the DFW area.
• Have a high level of understanding of freight brokerage and transportation economics
• Must have strong math, computer systems, problem solving and oral presentation skills. Must be able to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great communicator!
• Requires the ability to set priorities and accomplish duties of position with minimal direct supervision and direction.
• Travel as required.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Power Point, & Outlook, ability to learn various Transportation software applications.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• College degree preferred but not mandatory
• 1-2 years outside Sales experience in Transportation is preferred
